- Led and inspired a global team of 5-15 creatives specializing in advisory-solutions design, data visualizations, marketing, and sales collateral.
- Successfully implemented a project management system, optimizing production efficiency and managing timelines for four cross-functional global teams.
- Re-evaluated the production process, resulting in a streamlined design and publication process that accelerated production speed. Continuously reviewing and improving this process on an annual basis.
- Worked on several rebranding efforts and led the implementation across the design team. Continuously drive the evolution and distinctiveness of the brand. Spearheaded the enhancement of data visualization across 3000 projects per year. Provided support to marketing on two hero white paper projects annually and partnered with the advisory team on the creation of 200+ projects per year.
Global Art Director - WGSN

- Directed the production and design team in supporting the creation of over 5000 content reports and projects for the WGSN site. We collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and user-friendly UX designs and continued to support the automation of any manual tasks.
- Supported and designed all advisory projects, creating templates to ensure that all designs aligned with the brand identity of WGSN.
Graphic Design to Associate Art Director - Stylesight

- Started as a graphic designer working on forecasting moodboards and actively participated in the rebranding and website redesign efforts. I also contributed to the creation of motion and implemented new designs and UX for reports. Gradually, I advanced to the role of Associate Art Director, where I managed a small team of designers and oversaw the workflow. My primary focus was on creating forecasting and city-by-city guides for clients. Additionally, I project-managed the workflow and directly supervised the designers.
